Shipping policy
NOTE: we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. If a shipment does go out to a PO Box and it is undeliverable, cannot help if it is misdirected or lost. We are unable to help dealing with claims with courier etc. for a PO box shipment. We suggest shipping to your work or a friend's place instead.
When the promotion is advertised on the home page, orders that include 2 or more pairs of regular priced sandals ship for free to most of Canada (excluding NWT, Yukon, Nunavut, where we offer flat rate $19.99 shipping for all orders). Sale items are excluded from the buy 2 pairs free shipping offer unless the order total before tax is $100 or over.
When returning items, we do not refund the original shipping costs charged on your original order that was shipped out.
We ship from Toronto, Canada Monday through Friday, excluding weekends & holidays.
Shipping Transit Times
Our current processing time is 3 business days on all orders. You will receive a tracking number after processing is complete. Our default method of shipping is Standard, which takes approximately 5-10 business days to deliver within Canada AFTER the 3 day processing time. Most customers receive their order within 3-5 days once processing is completed, but delays are possible. The processing time may be longer than 3 days for items purchased during a sale (ie: a tracking number may take an extra couple of days), but we strive to still have the delivery to you within a total of 5-10 business days from the date of purchase (or shorter).
International Orders
We only ship to Canadian Shipping Addresses.
Order Status
- Due to the volume of orders we process, we cannot cancel an order once it's been placed unless we receive an email within 4 hours of placing the order (please refer to Returns policy)
- All orders come with shipping and tracking information, please check your emails for updates.
- Please allow 48 hours for tracking to be updated.
- We advise to sign up for e-mail and/or SMS notifications through the final tracking information to ensure you receive real-time updates for your package's last location.
- We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you are having trouble tracking your package with the tracking information we provide, please contact the last available courier for more information.

Business/Commercial Addresses
If a package is going to a business/commercial address, it's required that a person's first and last name be in the address Line 1 field, or it will be held for verification that the package is being sent to an individual, not a business.
Import Taxes & Duties
You will not be charged any import taxes or duties as our warehouse is located in Toronto, Canada and we only ship to Canadian addresses.
Refused Or Undeliverable Packages
As noted above, we cannot ship to PO Boxes and cannot help if a PO Box shipment cannot be delivered. Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order. We will deduct shipping fees from your invoice for orders marked as undeliverable, refused, or insufficient address.
Refused, insufficient address, or undeliverable packages will be refunded minus all shipping charges and $12 undeliverable fee, which will be deducted from your original payment. Please place a new order with correct shipping address/information if you would like your items re-sent.
