Need to exchange one or more pairs of sandals for a different size, colour or style? DON'T SWEAT IT!
Just go to the return link below, and choose the right pair(s). We will send you a prepaid return label to send your sandals back, and we will also pay courier shipping on the replacement pairs!
If they just don't work, you can use the same link to start a regular return and we will issue you a refund once we receive your return shipment.
HERE'S THE DETAILS
- NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON FINAL SALE ITEMS (ITEMS 25% OFF OR MORE).
- LAST CALL / FINAL SALE ITEMS CANNOT BE COMBINED WITH OTHER SALES/PROMOTIONS.
- ONLY ONE RETURN SHIPMENT IS ALLOWABLE PER ORDER

You have 10 days from the date your shipment arrived to start an exchange or a return (the 10 days starts from the date that the package shows delivered by courier tracking)

You will have 3 days to drop off the return package at Canada Post once your return or exchange is approved, or your return/exchange and prepaid label may be cancelled.

For exchanges, the replacement pair(s) will only be shipped to you once we receive your return shipment of the original pair(s).

Items sent back to us without first requesting return at the below link will not be accepted, and will be shipped back at your own expense.

Only unused, unworn sandals in original condition and in original Salt Water Sandals packaging can be returned for exchange or refund.

Any amounts refunded go back onto the same credit card used for purchase.

If you exchange your sandals for a more expensive pair(s), then you will be charged the difference in price once your return shipment is received (don't worry, we will apply any discounts you received on your original order to that new pair).

If you exchange your sandals for a less expensive pair(s), then we will refund the difference to your credit card once your return shipment is received.

We do not refund any shipping charges from the original order shipped out to you, if applicable.

We pride ourselves in maintaining high quality standards and cannot take back items that have been used, damaged, are not in their original (undamaged) Salt Water Sandals shoe box, or that are not clean.

If the Salt Water Sandals shoe box is not packaged in a protective pak or box for return shipping, we will not be able to process an exchange or refund (as we are unable to resell that pair without the box). They will be shipped back to you at your own expense.

We like to ensure a level of integrity for other customers who may purchase a returned item and cannot in all confidence put items back on our site knowing they do not meet the above criteria.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email with a prepaid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
NOTE: It may take up to 24 hours to receive the email with the prepaid label.

Cancelling an Order
With our commitment to process online orders quickly, cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours from the time of order. Please contact us at hello@saltwatersandals.ca with your cancellation requests. We will notify you if your order is eligible to be cancelled. Please note that sending in a cancellation request does not confirm that your order has been cancelled. Cancelled orders will be confirmed in writing via email. In the event that your order cannot be cancelled, please refer to our return policy.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items that are 25% or more off, or Last Call / Final Sale items, or on gift cards.
Refunds
We do not refund any shipping charges paid on your original shipment. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since you shipped your return, and you still have not seen a refund on your statement, please contact us at hello@saltwatersandals.ca .
Warranty (Amazon and International purchases not covered)
Our of thousands of pairs of sandals sold each year, we probably only have 4-5 pairs with defects, so you can rest assured that you are getting a high quality product that should last many years if cared for properly.
If you have a defect, please take a picture and email us at hello@saltwatersandals.ca and we will take care of the issue.
We can only warranty sandals purchased in Canada either at www.saltwatersandals.ca or at an authorized brick and mortar retailer (or at the website of an authorized retailer). We are unable to offer returns, exchanges or warranty on pairs purchased on Amazon or from international stores outside Canada.
At this time we do not sell on Amazon, and we cannot warranty any product purchased on Amazon or purchased from outside Canada. The product sold on Amazon.ca is NOT from authorized retailers, comes from places like Turkey and beyond, often arrive damaged or used, and are sometimes complete knockoffs.
