Returns & Warranty
**Due to COVID-19, all return packaging received to our warehouse are not opened and processed for a minimum of 4 business days. Please be patient and we will process your return within 7-10 business days.
If you feel the need to return your sandals, we will gladly make it happen. We will accept returns of our merchandise within 30 days from the date of delivery to the Customer (as indicated by the tracking number). We can only process returns or exchanges for sandals purchased through our site.
Just follow the simple steps below if your purchase does not meet your expectations.
- The sandals must be returned unworn (in the condition in which you received them) in their original Salt Water Sandals box. Please do not dispose of any of the original packing materials or invoices. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ISSUED IF THE SALT WATER SANDALS SHOE BOX IS LOST, DAMAGED, MARKED ON, WRITTEN ON, TAPED, ETC. Please make sure that this shoe box is shipped inside of another protective box so it does not get damaged in shipping.
- Please include a copy of the original invoice you received when placing your order. (this will help us process your return quicker!).
- Sandals will be refunded at the original purchase price of the sandals plus applicable taxes paid by you. Returns will automatically be credited back to the same credit card used at original purchase. All return shipping costs for returned sandals are at your expense, and any original shipping charges incurred in shipping sandals to you are not reimbursed when returning an item (as this is a service that has already been used).
- For your protection, returns must be shipped via a traceable method (ie: Canada Post Xpresspost, registered mail, UPS, Fedex, etc.). Salt Water Sandals Canada cannot be responsible for returned merchandise lost in transit to our warehouse. Please ensure you select the "signature required upon delivery" option, as we will not be responsible for shipments that are lost because they are not signed for upon delivery.

If you would like a different size, colour, or item please place a new order. Follow the steps below for the return of merchandise.
MANUFACTURER'S LIMITED WARRANTY:
Salt Water Sandals are warranted for one year against defective materials and workmanship. This does not extend to problems that arise from normal wear and tear. We will replace products we determine to be defective with an identical item or a substitute of similar value should the style no longer be available. While every effort will be made to replace the defective product with the same style and colour, we cannot guarantee replacement of the style or colour that you originally purchased.
If you are having an issue with your sandals please return to the authorized Canadian retailer with your proof of purchase and they can assess the issue.
If you are having an issue with your sandals please return the sandals to the original place of purchase within Canada. Gredico Footwear Ltd is the proud exclusive Canadian distributor of Salt Water Sandals and has made arrangements with our authorized retailers to accept returns for products with material or workmanship flaws. You will need to provide your receipt showing the date of purchase and the defective sandals.

It is NOT recommended to put any floral, cherry or metallic sandals in the washing machine, but rather rinse them under water by hand with a light detergent and hang to dry.
